Passengers are also served by Peper robots, which are the latest cyborg technology. These robots greet and guide passenger throughout the voyage and they speak 3 languages. There are 1507 staterooms total, and most have a private step-out balcony.

There is luxury bedding, herbal teas, eco-cotton bathrobes, and plenty of amenities in the bathroom. Included in the stay is a welcome consultation, 2 classes, 2 spa treatments, and 2 tanning sessions as well as unlimited access to the Thermal Suite and Ristorante Samsara. The Spa and Wellness complex itself offers a fitness area, treatment rooms, Japanese TeaRoom, Relaxation Room, Thermal Suites, Solarium, Tepidarium (heated loungers), Laconium (low humidity sauna), Aroma Steam Baths, Thalassotherapy pool, Turkish Bath, Solarium, Saunas, and Kinesis Room.

In the evenings, most entertainment can be found at the Teatro Giove, which is the main theater lounge that offers grand productions each night. There is also the Grand Bar Apollo, which has a dance floor and stage, Serena Atrium which has live music and entertainment in its open-floor area, Piano Bar Minerva which has a stage for cabaret performances, and the Sala da Ballo Cupido which also has a dance floor and bar. For those who like to gamble, the Casino Giano is also a great evening choice, and late night crowds can head to the Discoteca Pan, which is a disco nightclub.

The kids and teens will have plenty to do with their own age-appropriate clubs and lounges, as well as a mini-aquapark, 4D cinema, virtual gaming lounges, grand prix simulator, pool areas, and combined sports court.

Shopping options are abundant with plenty of duty-free and tax-free shops and a photo gallery and shop.
