Inside cabins may have pullman beds. These are beds that pull down from the ceiling. In this picture there are two in this cabin. Both come with a ladder to help make it up into the bed. Normally it is best to to separate the lower bed into two twins when having both pullmans used. But in this case they decided to keep the lower bed as a queen.
