The Celebrity Equinox has 1000 crew members on board. There are 3 passengers for every crew member on board. There are no self serve laundromats on this cruise ship. The ship has 3 pools and 4 hot tubs.

We felt like sardines on the upper pool deck with so many people soaking up the sun. Solstice deck was also packed. I felt the pools were too small to accommodate the number of people on this ship, there were always a lot of people in the 2 pools. The solarium pool was also crowded.
Cabins 6285 and 6289. Take note these rooms are above the Specailly restuarants Kitchen. We were awoken to dishes smashing, pots and pans banging all night long.
Here is a video:
May apply to all ships of this class - stayed in cabin 2151 (premium suite in the stern just below the Oceanview bar/cafe) on deck 12. Every morning at 0630 the noise of dragging chairs started. Noise penetrated the cabin loudly. Went on all day until about 2100. Really annoying - could never sleep in. Just a constant, "scaping" on the ceiling.
I was on the Equinox and was appalled at the way the deck chairs were jammed side by side without even an inch between them! I've not done a mainstream line for a while but hadn't remembered them being like that, the deck is clearly too small for a ship containing nearly 3000 people. A few times I had to crawl from the base of a lounger and wriggle into position between two people. I am therefore not surprised that people fill the chairs next door, there's not even space to get your hand between the chairs to put your belongings under it!
