The Carnival Victory started sailing in 2000 . The Carnival Victory has 1379 cabins. 38 percent of the staterooms on board have balconies.
You can expect 3310 passengers on a typical sailing. This means that the Carnival Victory has a space ratio of 30.7 . (A space ratio less than 33 means that you may find the ship crowded in areas. A space ratio greater than 39 means that there should be plenty of space for each passenger.)
The Carnival Victory has 1040 crew members on board. There are 3 passengers for every crew member on board. There are self serve laudromats on this ship. The ship has 3 pools and 7 hot tubs.

The ship last major refurbishment was in 2010.

Cabins around 6244. We were right above the speakers in the show lounge. The floors vibrated from the noise late into the night and you could hear the shows very clearly. We were traveling with small children at the time and wanted them to get some sleep. It was impossible.

Cabin 7205 - I was awakened VERY early EVERY day by people going in and out of the nearby doors and letting them slam. And, believe me, them really slam. My bed was along the exterior wall, and was jolted every time this happened.

Cabin 1031 - Our Stateroom was all we could have wanted - there were two of us in the room and found we had more than enough space. I HIGHLY recommend the Panorama Deck.

Cabin 1108 - Hoards of wild out of control teenagers seemed to think this area of the ship was party central come night fall. Running, fighting, yelling until all hours of the a.m. Deck above us was open area where they also felt the need to be out of control. Deck chair thrown off over railing and landed in front of our floor to ceiling window loudly at 3 a.m.

1A Cabins 2444 and 2445 has oceanview windows and not a porthole.

Room 2363 is very noisy. Apparently the space beside it is used for storage and other items. Last night they were banging on the walls as they were storing in that roomall the luggage people left out in the hall.
